Bermari at BW travel agency was fantastic to work with. She gave us suggestions and an itinerary that matched our requests to a T. When we had any questions she was very quick to respond. When we wanted to tweak a destination/activities she worked with us on that. This trip we traveled to Italy. Bermari's setup of transportation (train, private transfers) worked so smoothly and was a big relief given it was our first time in Europe . Very thankful for her work and we recommend highly.

Bermari is very professional and she answered a million questions about the cruise to Alaska we were trying to arrange. Unfortunately we weren't able to arrange the trip this year due to family issues but I would highly recommend working with her. She is very knowledgeable on cruises.
